👥 Customers
One list for lawn, snow and repairs. Import your QuickBooks customer list, then check Lawn, Snow or Repairs for each customer. Importing again updates names, addresses, phones and emails, and keeps everything you set here. Balances are never brought in.
💵 Billing
Finished snow visits, lawn cuts, salt and jobs, priced and ready to enter in QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks adds the sales tax). Only you see prices.
Prices and settings
Use the same product names you have in QuickBooks. A customer card can have its own snow or lawn price, or be set to Seasonal.
💰 Payroll
Monday to Sunday. Hourly pay uses Start/End day times plus job time outside a shift. Per-job pay counts finished snow stops, lawn stops and jobs. Tick Paid and Entered in QuickBooks as you go. Set each person's pay under Crew.
🚛 Truck log
The company truck: who had it, miles, and fuel. Fuel a driver paid for himself is added to what you owe him.
⏱ Job times
Time on site from the crew's Start and Done taps (driving between stops isn't counted). Add each storm's snow amount under Schedule, Snow, Storm summary so storms can be compared.

Each person signs in with his own code. Disable someone to shut his code out.
🚛 Company truck
Each person is asked "Using the company truck today?" when he taps Start day. If yes, he enters the odometer at the start and end, and any fuel bought. See Money, Truck.
⏱ Shifts and hours
Start and End day from everyone's phone. Fix a time someone got wrong, or log a day for a helper who has no code.
⚠️ Damage and incidents
What the crew reported: damage, accidents, injuries, broken equipment. A record for you and your insurance, not an alarm.
🧪 Practice and backup
Practice mode (for dry runs)
Everyone uses the real app with your real customers and routes, but nothing counts: storms, visits, jobs, shifts, pay and billing are saved as practice and thrown away. Turn it on before a dry run and off when you're done.
Backup
A copy of all your data: customers, routes, storms, visits, jobs, shifts, truck log, payroll and availability (not codes or photos). The nightly copy goes to your Google Drive.
Clear test activity
To start the season clean after testing. Removes the work records you tick. Never removes customers, crew, routes, prices or templates. Download a backup first.
